Maggie's making up Taro
Root and Lotus Root chips for to go with an Ahi Poki she's preparing.
These Lotus Chips don't work as well as the Taro for the Ahi Poki shot we intended them for but they are really interesting so I have to come up with something.......
Starting on our next shot which is Yams in a Brown Sugar and Ginger glaze.
All lined up and ready for the cast iron skillet!
